These birdhouses are made to be attractive to most nesting birds. The hole is 1 1/4” which is attractive to Black-Capped Chickadees, Tufted Titmouses, Red Breasted Nuthatches and other small western species.

• Extended and sloped roof to keep rain out

• Wood is reclaimed/recycled and finished to have a weathered look

• No perches so predators cannot have easy access

BIrdhouses should be located in habitats that the birds frequent. Close to trees, near vegetation and in proximity to food sources such as grass or open fields. Assuring that there is a clear flight path for the bird to have easy access is important. Chickadees often like nests close to shrubs and small trees they spend time in.
